Audio & Video RECORDING COLLECTION

To more easily read the power point presentation in these videos they should be played in full screen mode (when the video opens, click on the viewer's lower right corner - there is a little screen with arrows point out-wards). You usually must also turn off any pop-up blockers or allow the full-screen pop-up and then re-click to go full screen. We hope to produce many more videos and of higher production quality in the future that will assist, educate and even amuse you.

Many other very interesting recordings of inventions and inventors can be found by using http://video.google.com/videoadvancedsearch or http://video.yahoo.com/ and don't forget http://www.youtube.com/  ,  http://www.metacafe.com/ ,  http://www.dailymotion.com/us  ,  http://video.aol.com/ ,   and using search term like: invent, inventions, inventor or Utah.  It is also important to do a regular search and include the key word video and your topic this will find many videos on regular websites and that are not in video posting and storaga sites. We also recommend you diligently search for videos of inventions and products like yours or just the general fields of the problem, need or invention you are working on in these and other video sites. The education you might receive could be priceless. If a picture is worth a thousand words, what is a video of it worth? You can also download and burn to a DVD most of these videos for easier viewing on a TV and for your own libaray collection.

You can also present and market your own inventions or show case your activities with a video on these sites for free and you don't need a web site to do it, just include your contact information in the video or description. Don't fail to get legal advice first on what you could or should not disclose if you haven't patented it yet.  If you have a video of your invention and would like it listed here, please contact us - it is a free service for members.

Dave Morrison gives perhaps the best instruction on patent searching available on the Internet and shows he really loves his work. Drawing upon his many years of experience as librarian over the Government Documents section and the US Patent Depository of the University of Utah's Marriott Library. You will find his presentation extremely helpful and rich with an abundance of links and resources for inventors.
