You are invited to become a member of Utahinventor.org and participate in the inventor programs provided by the foundation.  Your membership fee of $20 each year will help cover the cost of the website, administration and ongoing development of informational resources.  Your participation can lead to numerous personal benefits, as well as contribute to the economic growth of Utah.  By accessing this website, you can receive publications, emails and invitations to inventor seminars and other events.  Members are categorized under eight fields of technology (mechanical, chemical, medical, computer, software, electrical, games and misc.)--so it will group you with other inventors of similar interests. 

As a member, your name may appear on our official registry of Utah inventors. The website is a public record, meaning that it can be viewed by anyone. Given this, you should let us know if you do not want your name listed publicly as an inventor.  Your listing in the registry is solely for the purpose of creating a public awareness of you, your interests, and how you can be contacted as an inventor.  We recommend that you create an e-mail account that is specifically used for your listing on the registry. This will allow you to quickly sift out responses of genuine interest.
